1. The Happy Accident: What happens when you marry two southern cuisines into one, you get the Happy Accident! We start with our famous fried mac & cheese balls and add our slow simmered sweet & savory New Orlean’s bourbon chicken and top with fresh scallions! One of a kind and oh so yummy!
2. The “Boujee” Picnic: Taking our back yard southern picnics to the next level! Smoked pulled brisket, sassy slaw with a drizzle of bbq sauce. Stacked tall on our fried gouda grit cakes
3. The Coastal: Enjoy the flavors of summer with our deconstructed shrimp boil! Grilled shrimp, roasted corn, andouille sausage, baby red potatoes & fresh sliced lemons tossed in our "Gaston Street" seasoning mix and served with our original fried grit cakes. Topped off with our "Old Bay" Mayo

The Bayou Catch: Lightly breaded catfish, chicken or fried shrimp crowned with our signature take on Maque Choux—a classic Cajun medley of sweet summer corn, diced green and red bell peppers, tomatoes, and onions, all gently simmered in a rich, house-made cream sauce and served with our fried gouda grit cakes. 5. Grannie's Hang-over Cure: Grannie knows the secret to a life well lived! Fried mac & cheese balls (crunchy on the outside & creamy center), topped with smoked pulled pork, battered fried crispy onions & bbq drizzle
